Super amazing workout!!! Sweat everywhere, boby super pumped, dumbbells looked like candy! Had a blast! Worked hard, danced, did 200 pushups in between sets, and a shit load of burpees (hard core burpees 2 and 3 pushup ones). Worked the shoulders/traps extra hard, 2 (75lbs) dumbbells now feels too light for the shoulders, had to use the barbell with 2 (45lbs) plate at each end..wow, getting so strong. Worked the bis and tris very hard too! Amazing!!! Funny how people walk up to me and asked if I'm a trainer, on man actually shook my hand and said "wow, I admire your workout, you work so hard"...so sweet. Born to lift baby!!!
