Rest day 1200 ab crunches: 300 reg crunches, 300 reverse crunches, 200 side crunches, 200 flutter kicks, 200 bicycles. I got really hot doing these, my abs sweat a little, sweet burn. Spent about 20mins with the foam roller, thighs were sore from a couple hundred lunges I did last night and some at the gym (forgot to post). Love that sweet painful soreness. Hoping to get a short run in tomorrow am b4 the gym. Anyway, great rest day today, 2hr nap after work left me feeling refreshed.
