Great chest workout, worked hard, felt extra hard since it's been a week from the last chest workout. Felt weak at first but got stronger once the muscles warmed up. Finished with some forearm and bicep work. Pretty good session. Came home and crashed for 2hrs...time to eat. Hope u all had a great day!
