All legs!!! Great workout! Not a lot of sweating but the legs felt very strong...I can't believe how well my body is developing..I am really doing this...wow! It's a great feeling!!! a lot of leg pressing, leg extension, hack squat machine, and a whole bunch of hammy work. AHHHH! Feeling good today!!!!
