Lots of crunches, didnt count, just kept on going til i was tired. Abs feeling strong. Finished with 15mins of stretching the entire body! Great time at the gym today.
I want thank you all for your comments on my venting session about that racist and inappropriate patient of mine (well I wont be working with him anymore). I really felt your love and support, and it meant a lot. I will check out your workouts by tomorrow..had a long day today n need sleep.
