Holy ARMS!!!! Worked the arms like crazy! Bis and Tris session!! Got really high when i realized i was doing 110lbs bicep curls on a machine and 80lbs on the bar, lots of reps too which tells me i can go even heavier! Went heavy on the triceps too. Trainer is very proud of me, I fit right in with the boys! I got some looks, good and bad hahahaha love it!! Have I told you weight lifting turns me on?! Really bad!!! AHHHHH! Goodnight everyone! Muah!!
