great Oh Shyit 11.04 mi 01:42 09:14 pace

Most horrible run in a very long time. Had a tummy ache most of the night...fun weekend with lots of bad eating, Saturday was my 5yo boy Mateo birthday...lots of sweets and bad food that we don't normally eat...from the start of the run the tummy didnt feel right and i knew if I had any water i would get sick...at mile 5 i knew i was in trouble and probably soon need a bathroom so I scratched my plan to run 15mi and turned around at mile 5.52 and head home. I felt really nauseous, and didnt even try to drink any water so 11miles without water...tummy felt really bad when i tried to slow down and walked so I pushed and got my ass home. I wasn't all that thirsty but i knew my body needed water because i was starting to feel a little dizzy. I remember the days i used to train without water, my longest run without was 17miles...wasn't smart but i liked running without carrying any extra weight. Home now, don't even have to freaking use the bathroom (WTF was that all about?!), feeling much better after I sucked down a protein shake and took a nice long shower and soaked my hair! Time to hit the gym!!!

Guess since I've been eating really healthy for a while, bad food really doesn't go well with me...I'll have to remember this.

That bites. Still a strong effort. Lots of sugar @ once can draw fluids from body and create a ”dumping” effect into the bowels. You could be dehydrated w/o realizing bc of the process. Also, your pancreas, liver, kidneys go into overtime trying to correct imbalance thus throwing off your system. Bday cake is the worst for me personally. Its like diarrhea on a plate lol. Feel better sweetie!

Oh my gosh, A, I am realizing there are some food my body just wont tolerate. Lately I have not been into drinking because I dont like how my body responds to it. I've cut sugar way down and if I do take in extra one day, I dont feel right. I am loving this! Learning so much!

Its a very awesome thing really learning about your own body. Its the biggest gift you could ever give yourself! The response you get now, from processed foods is the response our bodies are supposed to have to the toxins. All cleaned up now and doesnt want anymore crap ;)
