Speeding, Sprinting, climbing on 3 different machines! WoW!! One was an upper body cycling type of machine, then something that resemble the stairmaster and 2 speedy miles on the elliptical! Wow!! More than a warm up!! Holy sweat!!! AHHHHHHH!!!


Super fast for 35 minutes, that's for sure!
