Went out for a run with my friend Virginia. I am so proud of her! She's doing it! I almost didnt leave the house today but she texted me and wanted to run :-). My legs are sore from all the leg lifting i did yesterday. I actually enjoyed going her pace and not running my pace which would have trashed the legs even more lol.
