    No time for gym or running this evening but kept the abs streak going.... Only 200 crunches today. Exactly 10 pm when I finished with everything! even my babies went to bed late! Goodnight friends.

    500 crunches today!!!! 50 to 70lbs, sets of 25 n 50 reps! Only day 8 and already see some changes in my abs....they feel thicker n harder....it's the weights I've been using with them.
