      Great run and good job working these in your busy schedule.
      I actually found running while traveling on business easier than running at home. No family "distractions", your time is more your own and it's usually a GREAT way to break up sitting thru all the business commitments/restaurants. I could always find a treadmill at the hotel at minimum, or ask the front desk for good places to run outside.

      I totally understand the "running while black" thing. When we first moved into the neighborhood I live in, we were the only black family. The first time I ran in the neighborhood, I noticed a cop followed me. He kept showing up at every other corner. After that I think they got used to me running there and figured out I acutally lived in the neighborhood and wasn't casing folks houses lol
