      That was another excellent 7+ miles, Azaka! I don't think you should stop running for awhile. Maybe a day off every 3 or 4 days. Don't run as hard for your workouts. Run easily and enjoy them (if that's possible). Save the hurting for the races. That's how I do it and it seems to work.
