    Great run and course. I really felt the pain of this run at about mile 22. I thank my husband for pushing me to the finish because without him I might not have gotten to my 4:30 goal.

    Test day today passed my 1 minute plank did 200 sit ups and 39 pushups but best of all I did a 6:41 mile my old record was a 7:06
