#Crossfit - It's my own program today. Modified for me and I was worried I wasn't going to get a good calorie burn! HAH - 21 dead lifts (my favorite lift. :)) 65lbs., box jumps (16" moving up), 25 mountain climbers, repeat 15 and 9. My time 16: something? I'm missing a movement I think?
