#Crossfit - Super awesome! 100 pull ups (black band for me), 200m run - penalty for letting go of the bar, taking more than a 3 second break, more than 2 reps of your chin not over the bar. Since I can't run right now I rowed for the modification. I did 5 sets of 20 and 1200m of rowing. My time 14 minutes something seconds. I could care less since I blew out my right shoulder. Now I get to modify even further until I heal. Whoo Hoo!
