Made it to 9 and then dropped to the bar only for the 12 reps. Too many things were starting to burn and NOT in a good way. It was better for me to back off and have that good form than risk injury. I felt it in my feet and my back. I'm feeling better and better with the decision of listening to my own body. Just staying the course.


Definitely agree in listening to your body. especially if its hurting in a bad way.
