#Crossfit - WOD 10 Back Squats (95lbs), 200m run, 10 chin ups, 10 hand release push ups - 30 second rest. 5 rounds. 27:00. Fought off the dizzies today. That 95 pounds felt like the weight of the world. No idea what my problem is - frustrating.
