#Crossfit - Sucking this week. Not sure if it's the time change, herding cats or what! 200 jump ropes, 25 burpees, 25 goblet squats (53lbs), 25 burpees, 200 jump ropes - 19:08. Slowest time out of ALL the classes! 2000m row Awesome. Down another two pounds - that's a total of 6 since Monday....so yea Awesome.
