Have a Safe and Happy Thanksgiving everyone.

I wish for everyone to take the time to cherish tomorrow and the time with your families. Look past the bickering, feelings of less than, the stress of planning the meal and having people in your home or whatever else brings you angst.

Spend time in the present moment as much as possible. If you have trouble getting into the present.....state what it is that you are doing at that given moment....I am washing my hands, I am placing this fork down on the table, feel the water, the soap etc. (you get the idea) This will bring you back to your center. This will help you to remember reasons to feel grateful and will allow you to experience your day rather than control it.

Also remember to BREATHE in air and to not inhale your food. Chew slowly, place your utensils down in between bites, hear what folks are saying instead of thinking what you are going to say in response to their comments.

Just BE.
RELAX into the moment
~RELEASE any anxiety, fear, negative comments (in your head) judgements and the need to control
~RECEIVE the abundance of gratitude, cheer, pleasantness and more.

All my best,
