great Track 1/2 mile warm up then 1 mile aerobic thresh hold time trial. Training according to my governing heart rate to teach my body how to burn fat vs. sugar, for more efficiency during long runs and races. 1.5 mi

Still a little sore from MSD track work out the other day. It's a bit awkward at first, running according to what my aerobic heart rate is. In 5 weeks I do another time trial to see if my time improves. I am using The Natural Running Technique. So far so great!
