This morning was awesome. I ran my fastest time since I took up running! A bit breezy, but only in parts. There is a section that Erik and I call the wind tunnel and it's @ the beginning part of our run. When I hit it I said, "what did I get myself into today?" It turned out good though and the breeze did its part in keeping me cool. Started off steady and felt even stronger by mile 3. I started thinking it might be time to extend the distance a bit. I think I will aim for that tomorrow morning. Third consecutive day of running....pretty cool for this girl who was sedentary my entire life. (SMILE) Have a really great day everyone!
