This morning was awesome. I ran my fastest time since I took up running! A bit breezy, but only in parts. There is a section that Erik and I call the wind tunnel and it's @ the beginning part of our run. When I hit it I said, "what did I get myself into today?" It turned out good though and the breeze did its part in keeping me cool. Started off steady and felt even stronger by mile 3. I started thinking it might be time to extend the distance a bit. I think I will aim for that tomorrow morning. Third consecutive day of running....pretty cool for this girl who was sedentary my entire life. (SMILE) Have a really great day everyone!

ahh those wind tunnels!!! They get the adrenaline going and you actually push harder than you ever think you would!! So glad it was beautiful and YES!!! you did run fast!!!! Hey if it feels good- go for it!!!!
