I ran to the high school track and met Ashley. Fun running 400's with her :) She kept me moving around that track!! Splits were 1:43, 1:47, 1:48, and 1:43 with equal recovery walk/run in between. Ran back home from track.


Why you gotta run so fast Ma?! and just so everyone knows... My Mom SMOKED me on the last repeat. SMOKED. ;)
