    Hobble Creek Canyon 13.25 mi

    8 mile group run in canyon and Mapleton loop. Jumped on the tready to add 5 more miles when I got home. Next weeks miles will be on the cruise ship! Headed to the Caribbean early tomorrow!

    Alarm didn't go off this morning and only had minutes to get ready for run! NO COFFEE before my run! Cold and icy but we got it done!

    Good run on the tready. New treadmill for Christmas and I need to figure it all out.

    The coldest run ever! Temperature was 1* ! Lashes had frost on them. Josh made us climb some good hills to keep us warm. Fun memorable run, and a great way to start the New Year off!

    Paced the 2.05 group for the Hobble Creek Hobbler. Lots of fun. Especially fun meeting those running their first half.

    Almost talked myself out of this workout! I'm always intimidated by the track and speed work, but did it! 5 X 800 with 1 mile warm up and cool down. Boy oh boy, do I have work to do!!

    Utah Valley Half Marathon 13.21 mi 01:52 08:28 pace

    Loved the half marathon! Not a PR, but felt strong and ran hard! I have some work to do, but pleased with todays race. So great to see everyone at the race today.
