    An hour swim before heading to spin. Swimming went great, muscle memory is incredible. The biggest fight with swimming is getting pass the boredom of being in the water alone.

    After swimming, then working, I was dreading running for 90 minutes. Ended up being a lovely runon the country roads, watched the sunset and felt fantastic afterward. :D
