  4. 20 Chinups - W3D3L3

    #20chinups - 11 reps. Felt extra heavy today. Knocked out the rx'd 4 reps on set 1, but it was downhill after that. Going to repeat week 3 until I can hit the rx'd workout for each day.

    Logging this as a 'run' but it most certainly was anything but. I set out to do 90 minutes, but my hip was hurting so bad that I had to stop at about 22'. Walked and jogged another half mile and called it quits.

    Oops, forgot to log this yesterday. 2x1mi@5K pace with warmup, cooldown and a 2' recovery between the miles.

    Just an easy ride down the street and around the 'hood. Rode out to the amphitheater and back and then a few loops around Lake Christopher to eat up some more time. Had to cut short and get back to work... bad enough I took the extra 15 minutes. :-o
