Why doesn't Daily Mile list Pilates as an option? Woke up with a pretty tight hip so playing it safe with core pilates. I'm going to be feeling it tomorrow.

Are the Pilates classes hard? I just signed up for a few at my health club. Hoping they'll be awesome for core work.

I did a mat pilates DVD (not the reformer), but think it all depends on the instructor. They can definitely be tough, but if it's a crappy instructor then it's a wash.

  11. swim
good In a pool - obviously 650 yd

Workout #2 of the day.l Not a long swim, but focused on some body positioning drills. Growing to love my time in the pool.

  12. RUN
    alright Dreadmill 4 mi

4 miles EASY, but trying to get back to my normal pace. Hip felt ok, not 100%. But I forgot my headphones so I was bored out of my min.
