I had planned a 2-mile out and back run on this beautiful spring-like day, but my shins had other plans. After four months of laziness, it felt really good to be moving again, but about halfway through that mile, I started to feel the effects of inactivity. Oh well, no biggie, I'll get back out there tomorrow and hopefully be back to 20+ mile weeks in the next month or so.
