Well I'm back. Finally. I have *some* motivation, but nowhere near what I had before. I need to get back to it, still have 40 lbs to lose. This video is a ton of fun. I did only half of the 40 min Total Body Burn, but I did pretty well for not being in workout mode. It helps that Shaun T is Fabuloussss.
