      Hey Megan! You've been really working hard for a while now, and have been doing such a great job!!! Sometimes changing things around and shifting gears either up or down can work wonders... or even taking a chunk of time off... these kinds of things can really renew your spirit and refresh your body... It is so very healthy for you to listen to that inner voice and do what is good for YOU..... that is awesome!!! So don't stress about the numbers, just be healthy & be happy & stay injury-free! :-)

      Shred is SO Hard but completely worth the results it gets! Push past the pain and work it out as much as you can. when I was really sore I would do the modified version so that I didn't injur myself, but I was still working. I ended up losing 15 pounds in the 30 days I did it..! Keep going!

      I really have been loving it. If I get crazy sore again I'm only going to do it every other day, but I feel like my body is ok with it now, so I don't think I'll hurt myself. 15 lbs in 30 days is awesome!!

    Oh Lawdy. I have never sweat so much in my life. And I've also had one of the best workouts I've ever had. Highly recommended. I feel like I just ran a marathon haha.

      Thanks Sherri! I've never had a period this long of being completely useless on the treadmill. It's bumming me out. But I'm gonna get there tonight and pump it upp.
