welll.... didn't mean to go this far.. whoops. but felt horrible the whole entire time. got into a nice little rhythm for a bit, then went up a hill and it just crashed from there. Kinda surprised i still feel this bad, usually I can recover really well, but now i feel like it takes forever for my body to recover. Maybe i'm just not used to racing.. oh well.Good thing about this run is we bought a squirt gun for a buckkk. ya buddy. 4 disgusting strides.. and a much needed ice bath. STATE WON BABY!!! WHOOOTT!!!! and found my hc dress today!!! haha:)


Good point about recovery. With races now, it probably will take a little longer so cherish those rest days.
