4 pm: first day of school, means I had no energy whatsoever. 15 minute warm up through the hoods, and then 5x6 minute tempo around the school, through the woods, around the ball diamonds, and then down to the sophomore lot and up. It was just a sucky run. Legs just hurt, and it's hard to go fast when my legs are just dead. By the last one I was just done. Cool down back to the track and did 4x200s fast and another mile to make it longer. Did some core and stretched and ice bathed. Long day, but can't believe I'm 17!!!
