      Stats don't matter! Wheels always used to say that if it were about the stats, there wouldn't have to be a race - they would just give out medals and you could go home. I think of that every time I race! :)

    Loving the weather just felt really gross today. Legs were just blah and tired. Hurdle drills and 4x150s and handoffs and yea! Excited tomorrow is our last day before state!

    Love this time of year. Workout was 2x1000 at tempo (93), a fast 400 which was a 70, and then 2x200 at the end. Cool down, regular core, and softball kick off. Excited for this week!

      Maddie-know that you LEAD the team in so many ways (not just by being the first one on the track). We are a better team because you are with us and I'm a better coach because I have the opportunity to know you.
