    Included a one minute run at 5% incline every 5 minutes. Hubby was sleeping so I chanced going out to the gym. Luckily he did not wake up and need me.

  15. Hot Chocolate 5K tomorrow. First race of the new year. Walking with a friend who's recovering from a stress fracture. It's good to be back. Hope to be more committed this year.
