  1. Daily mile needs an android app so I could get on here more and at least see what all my friends are doing even if I'm not getting to train.

  2. Thank you @petite for the motivation. Finally got the pool open. Maybe I can get in a swim in between caring for my husband and pulling weeds. :-)

    Included a one minute run at 5% incline every 5 minutes. Hubby was sleeping so I chanced going out to the gym. Luckily he did not wake up and need me.
