    Did 0.25 mi warm up, 5 miles of alternating fast run, incline run, and incline walk, then 0.25 mi cool down. Did some arms and abs afterward. Feel great! :-)

    Did a quarter mile warm up, 3 mile run, and a quarter mile cool down, so my actual run was probably around an 8:49 pace.
