good Course of Knoxville Marathon 19 mi

19 miles on the course of the Knoxville Marathon = 2 m warmup + 15 m @ 7:30 + 2 m cooldown. I was supposed to run 15 at 7:00, but I eased up for my knees. Knees did well when I had a fast cadence.
