    Ran to BC did the BC Express workout (see other post) and then did this work:
    4 rounds - 5 manmakers, 1/2 mile run
    Doesn't sound like a lot but it was! Then a slow jog home.

    Darn garmin did not work and my ITB flared up. On the upside this was an unplanned trail run with a friend. Conversation was fun, but got to get rid of this pain!
