Had some dry needling done today. Hoping this will help the hip. I know it really helped when I was having my calf/Achilles problems. Fingers crossed!! -

Darn garmin did not work and my ITB flared up. On the upside this was an unplanned trail run with a friend. Conversation was fun, but got to get rid of this pain!

Weird my hip pain was gone today. Did some icing yesterday, but it wasn't a lot. Still going to take it easy on the running.
