After 3 days of a stomach bug, I'm back. My poor wife came down with it thursday night. She climbed into the bed that night and said, "I hate you." Now she's of playing tennis after a day of not eating and laying up in bed.
Katy came over for KB workout. Kyle was suppose to join us, but -- remember Kyle? -- he had to back out.

This was a lot of fun. Katy is kindred workout spirit and very strong. Feeling very weak after three days of barely eating -- fortunately I only threw up 2x during the first hour of this crap -- and a whole lot of laying around. I hate being sick and not being able to read in bed. But I got some reading in, but mostly just half-slept. Think I'll have a good run tomorrow. Oldest daughter is coming home this afternoon so that we can go to the football game (father-in-law gave me his tickets).
