great Lunch Run with Maggie 5 mi 00:52 10:24 pace

Maggie came to my work place and we went for a lunch run over the fields, through the woods, and around the lake at the UGA Intramural Fields. Got to hear lots of fun stories about her study abroad. She had a good pair of advisers and she got to meet a number of important people since teh advisers were important people and new everyone and she got to see lots of cool places well off the tourist map. I have two amazing daughters. Maggie is trying to get her fitness back. She ran where it was hard to run but slacked off and laid on the beach in the easy place to run. Actually, her ankle start hurting from running in the same shoes everyday -- she likes switching off -- but she went to the free sunrise and sunset kickboxing, zumba and other ftiness classes on the beach. This was fun. Hoep we can get one more run in before she heads back to Asheville to work with the summer plumbing crew at Warren Wilson College. She travels, she runs, she plumbs.

Sounds like one of the best possible lunch runs Mike.

A couple western NC runs Chris B.-style will get that fitness right back in line. Fun miles here.
