Steady-pace row. As my form improves, my times improve.

I was a little sore when I woke up this morning. Funny how a long lay off turns a recovery distance into 5 miles of joint and muscle pounding. Now I'm sore form this morning's workout, but the the calf and feet feel good. Planning to run at lunch tomorrow.

Very true about your form and your time for rowing. And your soreness from your 5 mile jaunt just goes to show how tough running really is on your body. All that other exercise stuff you do is great, but nothing prepares you for running as much as running does.

I so feel your pain Mike. I inched back into things this time and have been glad I did, but each new step up in mileage I feel it. You'll come back quicker, as you have been way more diligent w/ancillary xt work like this nice row!

Your body has been spinal rocking and kb knocking brother...you gotta get reacquainted with asphalt pounding. Glad to hear the appendages are no worse for wear!
