Steady-pace row. As my form improves, my times improve.
I was a little sore when I woke up this morning. Funny how a long lay off turns a recovery distance into 5 miles of joint and muscle pounding. Now I'm sore form this morning's workout, but the the calf and feet feel good. Planning to run at lunch tomorrow.
