    Bought this little beauty off of Ebay to do some high intensity workouts to see if I can lose some weight/fat as at 195lbs I am way overweight.

    Park run and about 1.5 miles jog. 10 seconds faster than last weeks park run and I've lost a few pounds this week so a good week all in all

    Such a lovely sunny day I had to go for a run. Did the usual route with Brenda. I have not run since last Thursday because of a sore achilles tendon. It's still sore but not as bad.
