good Back and abs 01:00

Late night weights. I did pull ups, pull downs, presses, rows, low abs jumps, crunches, back extentions and something else but I can't remember. I could not figure out the crunch machine at the gym so I did regular ones. The bf was completely stumped why I could not use the stupid thing.
