#dailymission at first I started running to complete a marathon. Then it was as a way to keep fit due to a hectic family life. Then it was a way to bring a challenge and sense of accomplishment to my life. However over the last couple of months I've been recovering from a stress fracture, and probably had the most hectic workload I've ever had. So I'm looking to get back to running as a way to hopefully eliminate stress and keep my health in check. Plus I still got two little boys that need to know there is no escape from Daddy - so be good.


Nothing relieves stress like a good workout. I hope to see you writing about your runs on DM very soon!

hahahaha...right on, Ben...your kids may be able to get away from you eventually...but they are gonna have to earn it. Get that foot back to good and let the boys know what you are made of.
