      It's not the rain, it's the chance for lightning. Electricity and water don't mix. I've been there when it's been drizzling and they leave the pool open.

      Oh...it's wonderful. If I could, I'd design two other dipping pools nearby. One would be a the "ice bath" pool with like 50 degree water in it for a cool down dunk. The other would be a hot tub. I think the main pool is heated to the uppers 70s I bet. It's perfect. A little cool as I get in, but I acclimate quickly. 6 lanes across, 50 yards long....and just a half mile from my house. I'm gonna miss it.

      Nice work! Attempting a 16-miler tomorrow morning. If I could borrow your pace, I'd be super proud of myself! Our 15-miler two weeks ago was about 11:30s after we had to stop and stretch a few times. In today's conditions, this was a real accomplishment!

      Since I've never OWS I'll have to take your word for it. There's an olympic pool here as well I've gone to. 50m is like 65 yards...its HUGE. Too bad it closes in a week for the summer.

      Yeah... sometimes pool time can be annoying. I do get frustrated a bit when it becomes more about trying NOT to be killed by random kicking in my lane or someone who cannot stay on one side of the lane. Good job not giving up! Next time try water aerobics! ha

      Thanks Amy. It was good Morey. Not spoiling anything but the very opening seen is the main character as a boy with his mom on her death bed from what seems like cancer. It was tough for me to watch and I'm glad my boys weren't with me. The rest of the movie is really good thou. Good action, very funny. Good plot. Go see it.

      Great job Ben! WFG is really challenging, especially if you have not run hills in a while. That long hill on the south side that goes up to Scenic Overlook is huge. That is tough to run or bike up. Have a great weekend!
