      Oh, those unclipping falls. I have had so many of those on my mountainbike. On a MTB you can get protective gear which makes you look badass.... sadly I think that cool factor doesn't work on road bikes LOL. You'll get used to it soon.

      Yes. That's about it Julie. I would go down and back for a lap while thinking of a name that starts with a letter. This lap is for Alfred. This lap is for Burt. This Lap is for Charles...etc, etc. For whatever reason, it's easier than counting numbers. I think it's because counting strokes (one two three two three breathe) while counting laps at the same time is too much for my brain while I swim. Too much brainpower going into not drowning.
