    So I did the yoga for runners routine after my ride on the trainer. I did a little extra foam rolling. I hope the knee is back to normal in time for the marathon next weekend.

      Thanks all. Meetings for most of the day so I'm just catching up. @james thanks for the tip. I've never heard of tailwind before. I checked it out. I may order the variety single use pack to try it out. I do like sweet, and I guess this isn't. But it may still be okay. And I love that it's a powder to save on the bottle.
