      I do that too- endurance stretches. But for some reason, all the swimmers seem to agree. Swimming isn't like running. A lot of short, intense sets- is better training to swim faster.

      But I don't really listen to all those people.

      If it makes you feel any better I broke my heel bone doing a mis-timed flip turn IN COLLEGE, after doing probably millions of them. I also, freshman year, swam full tilt into the wall. And got a concussion. So, in short, you're doing great!

      Awesome Ben! When I did my Tri I trained on my regular bike and then just rented a really nice bike for the day from the local bike shop. They actually let me use it the whole weekend so I could get used to it first. Happy New Year!
