      Good getting the heck up outta' bed! Bet it was a great early morning to hit the road. nice 12er. Me-I never run out my door without my batman belt with two pouches of goodies and a couple 10oz bottles clipped to it. And that's even for the short runs! (I always carry TP :) )

      I also agree with everyone above - you finished 20 at WFG - two laps means two pretty serious hills to deal with. Can't think of a better place to do it. Also, I'm a tad older than you, but at our age no GI issues is quite an accomplishment! (Running or not!)
