greatWhite Rock Lake Loop 9.07 mi 01:06 07:16 pace

The goal today was to take it easy and feel good through the entire run. Goal completed. Didn't focus on pace at all and instead focused on just feeling good and enjoying the run. Still ran a decent pace to boot. Had it not been for the bug/gnat attack... read more
