Bob Jones up Sycamore Trail to the ridge

I found my new big hill yesterday afternoon, so I decided to run/hike it again this morning! 20:43 to get up and 13:36 to get down- It's a tough one, but I can definitely make some improvements on this time. The hardest part is after you get off the Sycamore Trail {with tired quads} and have a flat one mile to go back to the parking lot. So beautiful at the top though - views of the beach and ocean. Just incredible! Love, love, love.
