After unexpectedly taking yesterday off due to what I think was my first migraine, my legs felt extra fresh. Was planning on only running 5-6, but decided I should run the whole loop as this may be my last chance to do so before moving to California on Thursday!! Everything felt really good and strong. Great run! Glad I added the extra miles!
