Before I headed out this morning, I was hungry, but didn't want to eat for fear of a sideache. And of course, I struggled with major low blood sugar the whole run. My limbs felt like spaghetti. On the good side - I was super relaxed. On the bad side - I had no power. Blah. I'm going to take this as a good excuse to make pancakes!
