Surprisingly good run, considering that I was down with the flu most of the week. Felt great to get out at all, but especially this morning: it was cool and damp, the chaparral smelled great. Found a new, bigger loop that has trail and road components and would be about 7.5 miles long when I run the whole thing. I even got home before it started pouring.

    Right now, just building mileage. Will be more seriously training for a half marathon in another 6 weeks or so.
