  1. Is there a way to change the beginning of your running week? My running week starts on Sunday but DM starts it off on monday.

    Good except had to go to bathroom around mile 9 and therefore finished by myself and didn't do 20 but 18 was good for aerobic pace.

  3. uuugh, trying to upload to garminconnect and the workout is gone after I synced it here...must be a setting thing. Anybody wanna put me on?

      You mean it's gone from your watch? If so, there's a preferences setting on the Ant agent on your mac/pc to remove workout once it's been uploaded. You can uncheck it. Hope that helps!

    At times felt like I was running way faster than Garmin said but...guess I wasn't.

  5. Rest day, body a little sore. At job1 right now then off to job 2 to stand up for 5 hours...the things you do for a sick nike discount!

  6. Haven't been using Dmile much but looks like they improved the interface since my last upload. Look for me to upload this month more!
