Is there a way to change the beginning of your running week? My running week starts on Sunday but DM starts it off on monday.

You mean it's gone from your watch? If so, there's a preferences setting on the Ant agent on your mac/pc to remove workout once it's been uploaded. You can uncheck it. Hope that helps!
