    Scary slippery on a mile long stretch on Starring lake. I lost 4 minutes but then came back and finished strong. Finished fast! Loved the run today! Perfect sunset run.

      Nice finish. You gotta watch out for that back stretch at Staring. The sun doesn't hit it enough yet and it is slick.
