      Yes I ran it! I was so close to PRing, but then experienced the worst leg cramps I'd ever experienced at mile 22 which forced me to walk for about a mile. And setting me back a good 18 minute. BUT I'm happy to say I completed my second LA marathon. Never actually thought I would do round 2. 3rd times a charm?

      if you ever want to get a run in let me know. Its tough to keep the motivation going but definitely having running partners helps, and remember you do this to be happy...just keep that in mind and you'll get out the door

      Thank you all for the input!! For my first marathon, I did most of my training in gym and alone. But I guess you could say that I was technically not doing it alone since there were others in the gym. So I don't think that's ever been an issue for me. I think it might have to do with my nutrition which hasn't been the best lately but I'm improving it! Decaf latte's and keeping the alcohol to a minimum have been having a nice affect on me. I'll check out the books!
