    Bike at the gym to loosen my legs. Not sure why I'm so sore. I've run that route at a faster pace and with more total mileage and didn't feel this bad.

    PR'd Philly half, but knew I shouldn't have run. I couldn't warm up for the entire run and my knee, hip and foot hurt from the start. Oh well.

  12. At a loss of what to do at this point. 7 hours of dancing in Vegas totally f'd my knee/foot/Achilles and hip. Short walk today aggravated all further. Is it even worth running the half?

      STUPID ASS! Kidding, kidding. I've found that sometimes the areas that hurt when you're walking don't hurt when you're running. I have no business giving you advice, but I had a lot of knee pain last week that I was able to shake out after a couple of miles. My gauge is, run 2 miles and see if it gets better, or stop if it gets worse. Good luck!

    Guessing on distance and I stopped for photos a few times but definitely picked up the pace on the way back. Legs are a little tight but otherwise I feel good.
